What is donation-based yoga?

Donation-based yoga allows participants to contribute any amount for one-hour sessions focused on learning practices.

What practices are included?

What should I bring?

Sessions include posture, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantra practices. Sessions are tailored for you and if it’s mantra yoga or meditation you want to explore a program designed for you will be created.

Each session lasts one hour, providing ample time to explore various yoga practices in a welcoming environment. Please bring a yoga mat and water for your comfort.

No prior experience is necessary; all levels are welcome to join and learn. At DBY I teach all six types of yoga. Mantra, karma, Bhakti, jnana, kundalini tantra and raja. Forms that I also teach are vinyasa, yin and five element. It is all under the umbrella of hatha yoga and I teach from the ground up and can guide you through a holistic approach for your practice, wellness and self realisation.

How long is each session?

Whether is learning pronunciation of sanskrit, how to map the nervous system through the matrika devis or better your yon practice. Practice can be designed for what you want to learn.
