Overview:
Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 200-hour certified teacher training program that explores all six types of yoga: Mantra, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, Kundalini Tantra, and Raja Yoga. This group training is thoughtfully structured, comprising 80 hours group theory and practice sessions complemented by 120 hours of home practice. Over the span of 21 days the program is holistic and full. For an investment of $1,999 (early bird till March 1st 2026,) or $2499 after the close of early bird pricing. You will gain the knowledge and skills to deepen your practice and prepare for a fulfilling journey as a yoga teacher in a group setting set in the rice paddies of Ubud

Curriculum:
Yoga Teacher Training: Four major focal points of syllabus:
1. Yoga Philosophy (40 hours)
• Mantra Yoga (8 hours): Understanding the power and significance of sacred sounds and mantras for an individuals yoga practice and for use in a yoga class. Learningbasic pronunciation of the 51 letters of sanskrit
• Bhakti Yoga (4 hours): Exploring the path of devotion and concept of ishta devata in yoga, fostering a heart-centered practice. Learning basics of creating an alter and teaching others about bhakti.
• Karma Yoga (4 hours): Integrating selfless service and action into daily life as a means of spiritual growth.
• Jnana Yoga (6 hours): Delving into the wisdom teachings and self-inquiry aspects of yoga philosophy. Learning guided meditation practice that promote mindfulness and self-enquiry as well as the importance of reading scriptures.
• Kundalini Tantra (8 hours): Unveiling the secrets of the psychophysiological bodyand tantric practices for cleaning the nervous system. Learning how to use bhandasand mudras to support your kundalini tantra knowledge and practice.
• Raja Yoga (10 hours): Understanding the royal path of yoga, focusing on the eight limbs. Learning to teach and practice the eight limbs of raja yoga.
2. Teaching Basic Asana (80 hours)
• Asana Fundamentals (30 hours): Detailed exploration of foundational yoga postures, their alignment, and variations.
• Sequencing Basics (30 hours): Developing the skills to create well-structured and safe yoga class sequences.
• Cueing and Communication (10 hours): Learning effective verbal and non-verbal communication to guide students through postures.
• Assisting and Adjustments (10 hours): Understanding the art of hands-on adjustments to enhance students' alignment and experience.
3. Anatomy and Physiology (30 hours)
• Physical Anatomy (10 hours): Studying the musculoskeletal and physiological aspects relevant to yoga practice.
• Energetic Anatomy (15 hours): Exploring the subtle energy systems (chakras, nadis) and their impact on yoga.
• Common Injuries and Modifications (5 hours): Recognizing common injuries and learning modifications for a safe practice.
4. Meditation and Kriya (50 hours)
• Meditation Techniques (10 hours): Introduction to various meditation styles and practices.
• Zen Meditation with Mudras (30 hours): In-depth exploration of the five mudras of kriya for achieving deep meditation.
• Practical Teaching of Meditation (10 hours): Developing the skills to guide students through meditation sessions effectively.
Outcome: yoga alliance 200hr accreditation.
